The faster runners (the "River Rats") meet at 7:30 AM effective September 13. Contact Jeff at 671-9954................................. At 8:30 AM (summer) there is a group of runners that meet for a 10 mile run at a moderate 8 1/2 to 9 minute pace starting at City Island and running along the Greenbelt.
