Capture the Flag Run                 

Old Glory hung in stoic silence on this windless morning, as 16 runners raced to the crest of the Rossmoyne Industrial Park for the third Capture the Flag Run.  This time, we reverted to the original course which kept everyone on blacktop except for the short hop across grass into the Industrial Park.  At the turnaround, the huge Flag hung at half mast, in honor of the Pope’s recent passing.

HARRC welcomed two new runners this morning, Patty Parker, and Aaron Porter.
