Hershey Shank Park Run Did you ever notice that when you’re running slightly downhill, it feels as though you’re on a flat course. But, when you turn around and run up that same incline, you really feel the difference. That long gentle uphill incline was what our runners experienced today on the last mile of the new Hershey course. Though the first and last mile of our run was on a beautiful wooded path, returning to Shank Park ended up being a little more challenging than initially expected. Twenty three runners participated in the run, led by Gordon Kaslucky. The first female finisher was Kristine Davidshoffer. Our youngest runner was 11 year old Sammy Smith who has become a regular to Sunday morning HARRC runs. This was an Age Group Championship Series (AGCS) run, with runners finishing the 5.35 mile course as follows:
