Capture the Flag RunI was
soaked with sweat just setting up the course, and I didn’t even run, so
you know it was hot!
In any case, sixteen determined runners did indeed reach the summit of
Mount Rossmoyne in their pursuit of the water stop at the turn-a round for
the 4th Capture the Flag Run. The run starts from Allen Middle School in
Lower Allen Township and turns around at the huge American Flag in the
Rossmoyne Business Complex. Out and back is 3 miles, 5 runners repeated
the course again to get 6 miles. Guest runner Neil
Rosen joined us from Bucks County this morning.
There was plenty of water on the course and bagels and watermelon met the
group at runs’ end.
Take a chance on this run at Allen Middle School when next it is
advertised. If you are unsure of the location, it is really only a ½ mile
west of Capital City Mall.
