Pickle Run 5K

Thirteen hearty soles braved the near zero temperatures for the 3^rd annual Pickle Run 5K race in Dillsburg.  Like previous years, we welcomed some surprise runners including Paul D’Elisa who was visiting the area with his family from Long Island, NY who found the race on the HARRC website.  John Palks also traveled up from Maryland to join us for another HARRC club run.  Tadd Morris was again victorious in the event which earned him a gift certificate to the Bon-Ton and a bag of Dill Pickle Potato Chips (what else!).  Stephanie Glecos was our first place female in her inaugural club run event with an impressive time of 23:38, and will be doing some shopping at the Bon-Ton as well with her gift certificate.  All finishers received the coveted “crystal pickle” Christmas ornament, and Brad Colwell, Mike Smith, Tadd Morris and Frank Crupi were door prize winners.
