Capture the Flag Run- 3 or 6 miles      

What shows more dedication to hardcore running than showing up for the club run on a cold miserable windy morning??  Perhaps driving all the way from Littlestown to run. That’s what Jim Bullock did, as he joined the club for the Allen Middle School “Capture the Flag Run”.

Nineteen runners raced for the Flag atop Rossmoyne Industrial Park.  The
three mile version counts to the Age Group Championship Series.

If you slept in, and waited for the winds to die down, you also missed hot
coffee and cinnamon rolls, you snooze, you lose.............
