On the first really hot day this spring, 33 runners lined up at the start line at Riverfront Park for the annual "President's Run" which commemorates the founding of HARRC 26 years ago.

Today's Run was a choice of either a 2 or 5 mile run with most participants opting for the longer run.  In the five mile run, once again Tom Snedden showed the way in a time of 31:17 followed by Mike Garman in 31:56 and Mark Verner in 32:05.  The first woman to cross the finish line was Marge Lebo in 39:34 Followed by Lisa "you mean there was a 2 mile turnaround" Stokes in 40:45 and Patti Adami in 41:40.  Leading the 2 mile runners was Jeff White   and Alan Cahall, both in 13:24.  The order of finish:
