On a humid Sunday afternoon, 11 members braved a steep, hill climbing 2 mile run up and down Blue Mountain Parkway as the traditional kickoff to the annual HARRC picnic. Several of the runners had run the Harrisburg Half Marathon earlier in the day. Leading the pack was John Hargreaves, followed closely by Randy Mladanoff and Jan Gibboney.
