It was a cool 55 degrees when sixteen
runners made a loop around City Island and then headed across the
"People's Bridge" towards Harrisburg. Once across the
bridge they turned right and ran down the ramp to the lower walkway along
the river to the turnaround and the headed back to the Island and the
finish at the Carousel Pavilion.
As they
entered the island it was a neck and neck battle between Tadd
Morris, Mike Garman and Mother Nature. as fate would have it,
Mike crossed the finish line first, with Tadd finishing third behind Al
Redmond (and of course, the ever fickle Mother Nature). The
order of finish :
