Weekly Sunday Club Run
December 3, 2000

On a very cold blustery December Morning, more runners than the degrees on the thermometer showed up to inaugurate a new 5-mile course within Hampden Township.  Tadd Morris attacked the hilly terrain like he was shot out of cannon (or perhaps it was because he was in shorts) and never gave up the lead.  Frank “Ninja” Cupri finished second while Mario Gordon squeaked by Gregg Warner to finish 3^rd..  Club president Rob Botti has yet to rule on a recount demanded by Gregg.  Marge Lebo finished first among the females.  After all runners finished, the group serenaded Marge with a moving rendition of “Happy Birthday to You” to celebrate her victory and birthday.  We all had cookies and then went home.  The complete order of finish was:
