 Italian Lake, Harrisburg
3 or 6 miles

On a rainy Sunday morning twenty runners gathered at Italian Lake to attempt a run between the storms.  With thunderstorms earlier that morning and a hailstorm soon after the run ended we were lucky to have only a light drizzle during the race.

Most of the runners selected the three-mile course with Dave Falgoust and Buck crossing the line first followed by Jim Collins (with a great come back following a recent surgery) and in third place and the first female finisher Marge Lebo.  Ted Winfield finished fourth a week after completing the Ocean Drive Marathon.

In the six mile run Jim Honchar returned to the HARRC Sunday run for the second week in a row to tie the ever-present Mike Garman with a time of 40:29.  Al Redmond and Greg Warner were the only other runners to finish the six-mile course.

WEEKLY SUNDAY 1:30 PM CLUB RUN
 Riverfront Park 5 Miler

Attendance is booming!  Five runners joined in a run to Maclay then back the lower level to City Island.  We looped the ball parks then returned to the ramp at the sunken gardens and back to Forester St. Dave Lebo however missed the directions and continued back to Maclay adding over a mile and ½ to the run.

Tom Snedden and Brad Colwell socialized for 5 miles and finished in 38:45.  Patti Adami ran 44:40 and Bob Daniels 45:20.  Dave Lebo slipped from 3rd to last after the missed turn but proclaimed that he needed the extra miles.

Note the Easter weekend run will be on Saturday April 14 at 1:30 at Riverfront Park (Front and Forester Streets).
