Weekly Sunday Club Run

Several of Sunday’s participants had previously run today’s course in the late eighties when Community General Osteopathic Hospital sponsored the Community Cup 5K Run. The course altered, ever so slightly, was run today  as a 3 miler. The weather was ‘brisk’ but nice, with a turnout of 24 runners. Participating in his first club run was John Weldon. Welcome John!
