With the Harrisburg Mile 24 days away and counting, nineteen runners ran
full-throttle down Riverfront Park (twice!) for today’s race.  2000 Male Runner of the Year, Tadd Morris, once again claimed top honors (twice!) in both events.   The second place spot went to Tom  Snedden, and third to Mike Garman.

Triathlete Jen Gilbert came in first for the women with a 6:32 and 6:58.  Notable performances were run by 8-year old Josh Lebo, who ran a mile PR of 8:37.  (Josh paced off veteran runner Phil Spagnolo.  He described Phil as “....you know, that guy who’s married to that nice lady, Pat”.)   And 75-year old Sheldon Goodrich, who amazes us all, ran an even 10:30 and 11:41.  Way to go!   A special thanks to Mark Barnhardt for biking the official timing watch from point-to-point.

With today's event being an AGCS, the times were added to determine placement for points.  And the results are:
