Stratford Woods 4 Mile Run
Attached are the results from Sunday's 4-miler at
Stratford Woods. Start time temperature for July's AGCS event was 71
degrees. Unlike last Sunday's run, the start was a nice downhill.
Unfortunately, what goes down must go up, as the finish was uphill. It was
nice to see Mike Rowe back out there after a
two year layoff, and also newcomer Mike Colleran.
