On the East course the dirt road was snow packed and somewhat slippery. Once getting onto the railroad bed the footing became better but it required more work as you sunk into the softer snow which makes Andy Estes' PR all the more impressive!  This group of hearty runners enjoyed "every" step, so I was told...Bruce
