                 ADOPT-A-Highway 6K

The combination of Mother’s Day and dreary weather seemed to be responsible for  the sparse turnout of 14 runners at the Adopt-A-Highway 6K.  Pre-race instructions consisted of ‘follow Tom’. It must have worked as none of the participants veered off course. The leader of the pack was Tom Snedden finishing in 23:56. Dana Burger was the first female with a respectable 28:44. A special thanks to those ten who stayed to help pickup 28 bags of trash at our adopted intersection.
