TOPSY TURVY 10K (5K)

The two H’s best describe the race conditions – HOT AND HUMID.  Twenty-eight hardcore runners showed up for the premier of the Topsy Turvy 10K (with an alternate 5K).  Rumor has it that the first mile may have been marked short.  The race directors strongly disagree explaining the initial downhill enhanced first mile performance.  Two rather large (but short !) hills are featured in this event – beginning of miles 3 and 4.  While running was tough because of the weather and hills, everyone seemed to enjoy this new run.
