Join us for our next HARRC Sunday Club Run August 10 @ 8:30 AM when we return to Hershey for the "Colebrook Rails To Trails" 5 MileRun.  Directions to the start can be found by clicking on the "Sunday Runs" link  on the left side of this page.  The Race Director is Steve Whittle, 566-6828..........................................................August 17 @ 8:30 AM we return to the East Shore for the "Mountain View 5 Miler".  Directions to the start can be found by clicking on the "Sunday Runs" link  on the left side of this page.  The Race Director is Chris Gipe 421-5569...................................................................................August 24 @ 8:30 AM we return to Harrisburg's Greenbelt for the "3 Mile Biathlon" which consists of a 3 mile run/3mile bike and 3 mile run. (you have the option to run all three).  Directions to the start can be found by clicking on the "Sunday Runs" link  on the left side of this page.  The Race Director is Marge Lebo 770-2231............................................................................Saturday mornings several members meet on City Island for informal long runs.  The faster runners (the "River Rats") meet at 7:30 AM effective September 13.  Contact Jeff at 671-9954................................. At 8:30 AM (summer) there is a group of runners that meet for a 10 mile run at a moderate 8 1/2 to 9 minute pace starting at City Island and running along the Greenbelt.  For more information call Alan at 599-5164 or Max at 213-9475.  Everyone is welcome to join these groups

The Team In Training program of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is looking for a volunteer run coach to train about 20 TNT participants to complete a full marathon this fall.  The marathons TNT is training for are:  Baltimore marathon - Oct. 11, Marine Corps marathon - Oct. 26, and the Nike Women's marathon - Oct. 19.  The runners have already started their training but need an experience marathon runner to coach them through the second half of the training program.  If you are interested please contact MaryAnn Kennedy - (717) 652-6520 or email.  Click on the logo to find out more about Team In Training.
